At Laroche, we have always conducted our vinification within an environmentally friendly framework. We are using as little chemical treatment as necessary to keep a satisfactory sanitary state. If an excessive dose of chemicals gives an impression of healthy vines, it, in fact creates important damages in the soil, our biggest patrimony. Disease protection is controlled by natural means.
